Shipping Charges / Delivery
The Board Club offers a 5 day delivery service on all UK orders. Delivery is free on all UK orders.

The Board Club aim for all UK orders to reach the customer within 5 working days. Deliveries must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address, otherwise it may mean organising a further delivery or a collection from your local depot or post office which may be some distance away. Please consider this when deciding where to have your goods sent. We use UPS, Parcel Force or Royal Mail for all orders. If delivery is not successful after the first attempt, then the customer will be liable to pay any costs associated with further attempts to deliver goods.

If you require your order sooner than 5 working days, please contact us. The Board Club can often arrange for this service at an additional cost to the customer.

The Board Club does not deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Cancellation of Orders
Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce and our ability to ship goods quickly it is not always possible to cancel an order placed on Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order as exchange goods sent out on a correctly fulfilled order will have to be sent back at your expense.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel prior to shipping. If the goods have already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, once your order has arrived you are entitled to return goods for a refund or replacement at your expense (see ‘Non-faulty items’ section for instructions on returning goods).

Non-faulty Items
If you wish to return an item, please first contact The Board Club to inform us at Items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in perfect resalable condition, including product packaging, manufacturers labels and instruction leaflets etc. Otherwise we regret that we will be unable to offer you a refund. Items must be sent recorded or special delivery and a proof of postage should be obtained. The Board Club cannot accept goods that are not returned by recorded or special delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods, on time. The Board Club takes no responsibility for returning non-faulty items that get lost or damaged in transit.

Once received, subject to inspection of goods, we will offer an exchange or a full refund as required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Please supply a copy of your invoice/receipt in the parcel. Items returned outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Refunds are usually issued within 5 working days of return of the goods.

Please note we cannot accept back non-faulty snowboards that have been mounted with bindings or non-faulty bindings that have been mounted onto a snowboard.

Faulty Items
If you wish to return an item, please first contact The Board Club within 5 days to inform us at

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed by manufacturers against defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us – once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a free repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Items must be sent recorded delivery and a proof of postage should be obtained. The Board Club will advise on the method of returning the goods. If you return an item that is faulty, The Board Club will pay the cost of the return.

Please note that The Board Club cannot take responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded/signed for delivery.
